Waiting for recovery...

Scrap Prices have come a bit off the floor experienced in December...but have yet to lift meaningfully even in comparison with non ferrous metals such as Gold which seems likely to pull over $1000 ounce in the next few weeks.Copper has moved off the lows and this may pull steel up along as reports of Chinese buying are circulating.
